Oldest boy
This is my oldest boy. He is a clone of my husband. I could probably just end it at that last sentence if you knew my husband because you would know my oldest, but you probably don't really know my husband so...He will be 4 on December 22. This one here is a talker. Now, I will say he was a late talker comparatively speaking, and I was about the only one who could even understand his early ramblings He loves to talk, in fact, he will tell you the same 2-3 word phrase 40-50 times in a row in one breath just to get his point across. I guess I should say though, that he is shy...so he usually only does this to close family and friends. He's one of those that if someone he's not familiar with asks him a question, he just stares at the ground and I usually end up answering for him. I think he saves his voice for us at home! I absolutely love to hear what he has to say though, especially now that he is coming up with some of the funniest things. He definitely has his own opinions on things! He says things that melt my heart like, "Mommy, I love you so much...I want to be with you forever" ohhhhh, how can that not melt a mother's heart. I need to record this sometime and play it back to him when he is 18. He is such a thoughtful kid. We have a special bond since I'm the oldest too. He was was 2 years old when my husband left for Afghanistan and was gone for 13 months. We grew very close as mother/son and we're pretty much inseparable (not in an un-healthy way...trust me, we need our time apart too!)
